Honey and Stout Beer Bread

3 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup honey
1 (12 oz) bottle stout beer, room temperature
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir to combine. Add honey and beer. Gently stir. (Do not overmix. The batter should remain lumpy.)
- Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or butter. Pour in the batter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into middle of bread comes out clean. Turn bread out onto a rack to cool.
